A Jamaraz June!

Hello people! June has been very Jammed pack, both with my own music, and others! Starting the month with finishing college and going havy into recording the final tracks of the album, recording the title track, Death To Love, and a few others! I am looking very forward to you guys hearing the album, out July 2nd!!! PRESAVE!

Anyways you will have to read on to hear more about album 3 and what went into it, as this post starts with the focus on others music! Lets kick it off with June 11th, we had Ricky Jamaraz playing an acoustic set at a songbird session over in King's Heath, Birmingham. I think what Ricky did at this set was amazing, he did the set as one of his JMU characters "Sammy Phase" (My favourite!) and recorded the set, to use it as a live album, set within the universe! - I would include a short clip but idek how to add videos on neocities. Just gonna have to wait for my Summer Vlog in september! In addition, I had an amazing time at this songbird session, all 4 acts were AMAZING and I'm so glad to have gone!

Next up, on June 19th we had Knutmo Five (As Knutmo 2) playing at Mofest!! Let me start by saying Mofest was fucking AMAZING, and was worth the trouble - which I happened to sadly have a bit of! Kicking it off with it taking place in a field in the middle of nowhere, I was walking down a random main road in the countryside before someone else looking for the festival offered to give me a ride to it, before we proceeded to spend how long asking locals where it was till eventually a passerby told us how to get too it... And the trouble doesn't end there... I got there and met all the super-cool awesome people that were there, and got to setting up my tent... 5 minutes in and I realise I left the fucking tent poles back home, and I live in birmingham... so there was no going back... BUT to the rescue came the amazing Ricky Jamaraz and his 2013 skoda with him saying, I quote, "You can say you've slept in Ricky Jamaraz's car now hahaha". So thank you a bunch for that RJ you are the goat 🫶 (woah I didn't realized emojis worked ahaah)!

Well its finally here! My 3rd album "Death To Love" is out July 2nd! I'm so excited for you all to hear it! This album has been everything but easily, but a few weeks ago I decided that I was don with the record, I decided that I had a number of tracks that all fit the albums overarching themes, and sound, and felt I was personally ready to start my cool upcoming projects! To The Right I have attached the list of bonus tracks on the DTL CD, these bonus tracks are a few of the unused works I felt were cool and also good enough to share!

At the time of writing this I have started the pre-release promotion, and I'm pretty happy with the way they are coming out! Yesterday I promoed the first verse of "Maybe In Another Universe, We Are Still Friends" which you can find here, and I am really proud of how it turned out! You might have noticed from all the promo footage being recorded on a 2000's camera, and the artworks all being handdrawn that the album has a RAW feel to it, and that is intentional, both in the albums sound, and visuals!

And this shouldn't be the only album of 2026 I release! I do plan on having atleast one of my 2 projects I have planned to do for the rest of the year, to come out this year, so I'm looking forward to recording those! I'll probably start doing demos for them soon so look forward to me posting demos for the one project!
